Information We Collect

The app may collect the following information when you choose to use its features:

• Account information used for sign-in with Google, Apple, or an email address and password, such as user ID, email, display name, and profile photo.
• Story prompts, selected language, story settings, generated stories, generated images, narration audio, and music.
• Optional child profile information, such as first name, age, and language.
• Optional hero photos and hero names that you upload to personalize stories.
• Content reports you submit from inside the app, including the story page, report reason, and optional details.
• Subscription and purchase verification data, including Google Play product ID and purchase token, or Apple App Store transaction identifiers.
• Technical data needed to operate the app, including Firebase App Check, authentication, device, crash, diagnostic, and security-related information.
• Camera or microphone data only when you actively use photo upload, camera capture, or voice dictation features.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, save, and display personalized stories and related media.
• Maintain your account, library, credits, subscriptions, and purchase status.
• Provide security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and app integrity checks.
• Review content reports and improve safeguards for AI-generated content.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.

Children and Families

The app is designed for use by parents or caregivers with children. A parent or caregiver should decide what child information or photos are entered into the app. The child profile's first name is used inside the app only and is never sent to the AI service. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed to create a story.

AI-Generated Content

MyDaddystories uses generative AI services to create story text, illustrations, narration, and music from your prompts and optional personalization details. Generated content should be reviewed by a parent or caregiver before being shared with a child. The app includes an in-app reporting feature for generated content that appears unsafe, offensive, or unsuitable for children.

Service Providers

The app uses Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Apple App Store billing (on iOS), and Google Gemini services to provide authentication, database, storage, billing verification, app integrity, and AI generation features.

Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers only to operate the app, provide requested features, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users and the service.

Data Security and Retention

Data is transmitted using modern encryption. We keep account and story data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some purchase, security, or legal records may be retained where required by law or platform rules.

Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account), or request deletion at the account deletion page.
